Candace Gallagher

After receiving her BFA from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, Candace moved to Philadelphia in 2001. Her background in the fine arts helped her to develop a passion and an eye for architecture which led her to a career in the construction field. She was a project manager and designer for multiple home and restaurant renovations across the city, including a Platinum LEED Certified Development in Newbold. The transition into being a REALTOR® was a natural one as Candace was able to combine her eye for design details and her knowledge of construction to find her clients homes that are both beautiful and solid investments. 

Candace lived in Graduate Hospital, Chinatown and the Italian Market before finally purchasing her own home in Newbold in 2006. She has always loved exploring all the neighborhoods of Philadelphia, both hunting for its hidden history and bearing witness to its constant evolution.
